Cleaning & Polishing

• Gentle cleanse: Use a soft, lint-free cloth to wipe pieces after wear. For
  deeper cleaning, use warm water with mild soap and a soft brush—never
  abrasive materials.
• Dry completely: Moisture can tarnish metals or loosen settings. Always dry
  thoroughly before storing.
• Avoid ultrasonic cleaners: UNTD2’s artisanal finishes and select gemstones
  may be sensitive to high-frequency vibrations.

Storage & Protection

• Store separately: Keep each piece in its original pouch or a soft-lined box to
  prevent scratches and tangling.
• Keep away from heat and humidity: Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid
  bathrooms or direct sunlight.
• Travel with care: Use protective cases when transporting jewellery to avoid
  knocks or pressure.
