- Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Our pieces travel the world, just like the stories they carry.
Delivery times and costs vary by destination and are shown at
checkout.
- When will my jewellery arrive?
Within Australia: 2–5 business days. Express and international
options are available for those who can’t wait to meet their piece.
- Can I track my order?
Of course. Once your jewellery begins its journey, you’ll receive a
tracking link to follow its path.

- What materials do you use?
We work with ethically sourced precious metals and conflict-free

- Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?

If your piece doesn’t feel quite right, you may return it within 14
days—provided it’s unworn and in its original packaging.
- How do I begin a return or exchange?
Visit our Returns Portal or email us with your order number. We’ll
guide you with care.

- How should I care for my jewellery?
Treat it gently. Store in a soft pouch, avoid moisture and perfumes,
and polish with a lint-free cloth.

All of our designs are made for daily wear. But like all precious
